This Privacy Policy explains how Trade on tv ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you use our financial market data application on Smart TVs, mobile devices, and other platforms.
This Privacy Policy is provided by All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ, the operator of Trade on TV, registered at KHALID SHABAN Office No. 305-427, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
By using our application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

Information We Collect
We collect several categories of information from and about users of our application.
Personal Information
Name, email address, and billing information when you register or subscribe. We never store full credit card details on our servers. All payment information is processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Usage Data
Information about how you interact with our application, including viewed market data, watchlist contents, charts opened, news read, AI prompts submitted, session duration, and feature preferences.
Device Information
Information about your Smart TV, mobile device, or other access device, including IP address, device type, operating system version, application version, language, region settings, and unique device identifiers.
Mobile Specific Information
Where you use our mobile application, we may also process push notification tokens, optional permission grants (notifications, location), crash and performance telemetry, and platform-specific device identifiers.
Communication Data
Information you provide when contacting us, including support requests, beta feedback, and email correspondence.

Information Sharing
We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:
Service Providers (Processors)
Third party providers who assist us in operating our application, including cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and analytics. All processors are bound by data processing agreements that require appropriate safeguards.
Financial Data Partners
We partner with established providers of real time market data, such as TradingView and exchange data feeds. These providers do not receive personal data. Only server side requests are made.
AI Service Providers
When you use tradeontvAI, your chat messages and any chart images you attach may be transmitted to third-party AI providers such as Google (Gemini) and NVIDIA (NIM) to generate responses. Details are set out in the tradeontvAI section below.
Authorities and Legal Requirements
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or regulatory request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Trade on tv, our users, or others.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

tradeontvAI and Third-Party AI Services
Our mobile apps include tradeontvAI, an optional assistant that answers finance and markets questions. To generate responses, tradeontvAI uses third-party large language model (LLM) services. This section explains what information is shared when you use the assistant, who processes it, and how you can control that sharing.
Consent
You are not required to use tradeontvAI. Before your first message is sent to a third-party AI service, we ask for your permission in the app. If you decline, no chat content is transmitted to AI providers. You may withdraw your permission at any time in Settings → AI assistant; after withdrawal, new messages will not be sent until you opt in again.
What data is sent
- The text of messages you type in the tradeontvAI chat
- Chart screenshots or images you attach (up to 4 images per message, maximum 2 MB each)
- Your selected app language (for example Turkish, English, German)
- Public market reference data appended server-side when you mention a tradable symbol — including symbol name, current price, 24-hour change, market capitalization, 52-week range, price-to-earnings where available, and recent news headlines from our database. This reference block contains market data only, not your identity or portfolio
What data is not sent
- Your name, email address, or account identifier
- Portfolio holdings, transaction history, or watchlist contents
- Payment or billing information
- Device advertising identifiers (unless separately covered under analytics, with your consent where required)
- Any data beyond what is needed to answer your specific question
Who receives your data
All Software 24 L.L.C.-FZ (tradeontv)
Your message is received by our servers, which may enrich it with public market reference data from our database before forwarding it to an AI provider. Our servers do not attach your account profile to the payload sent to AI providers.
Google LLC — Gemini API
Primary AI provider. Processes your message and any attached images to generate a response, under Google's applicable cloud and API terms.
NVIDIA Corporation — NVIDIA NIM / AI APIs
Secondary AI provider used when Gemini is unavailable or as part of our provider failover chain. Processes text messages to generate responses (images may not be processed by this provider).
Fallback AI gateway (if primary providers fail)
If Gemini and NVIDIA are temporarily unavailable, a secondary gateway may route your text message to an alternative model solely to deliver an answer. This fallback is used only for service continuity.
How we collect and use AI data
- Collection: Data is collected only when you actively send a message in tradeontvAI after consenting in the app
- Purpose: To understand your question and return a markets-related answer. Outputs are informational only and are not investment, legal, or tax advice
- No advertising: Your AI prompts are not used to profile you for advertising or sold to data brokers
- No training: We do not use your prompts to train tradeontv's own models. We select providers whose commercial terms restrict use of API inputs for model training where available
- Usage limits: We may store a daily message count per account or device to enforce fair-use limits; this does not include the content of your messages
Third-party safeguards
We engage AI providers under written or standard cloud/API terms that require appropriate technical and organizational security measures. Where we act as data controller, we require subprocessors to provide protection comparable to this Privacy Policy, including restrictions on using customer content for advertising or unauthorized secondary purposes. International transfers to providers in the United States or other jurisdictions are subject to the safeguards described in the International Data Transfers section.
Retention of AI chat data
Chat messages and images are processed in real time to produce a response. We do not permanently store full chat transcripts on third-party AI servers as part of the standard chat flow. Provider-side retention, if any, is governed by each provider's API and cloud policies. On our infrastructure, we retain only operational metadata needed for quota enforcement and abuse prevention, not the full text of every conversation.

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:
- TLS 1.2+ encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for sensitive identifying data
- Role based access controls with need to know access
- Regular security assessments and dependency monitoring
- Incident response procedures, including breach notification where required
- Confidentiality undertakings for all personnel and contractors
While we take security seriously, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Account data
Retained while your account is active. Upon deletion, primary identifiers are removed, and aggregate analytics may be retained in anonymized form.
Communication data
Typically retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction.
Server logs
Typically retained for 30 to 90 days for operational and security purposes.
Payment records
Retained as required by tax and accounting regulations.
tradeontvAI chat
Message content is processed in real time and not permanently stored on third-party AI servers. We may retain daily usage counters (without full message text) for quota and abuse prevention.

International Data Transfers
Trade on tv is operated from the United Arab Emirates and serves users globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, where data protection laws may differ.
Where transfers leave the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and conduct Transfer Impact Assessments where required.

Trade on tv is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
